Be Self-expressed! Kindness towards yourself is just as important as kindness towards others. Self-expression helps you get out your thoughts and ideas through various outlets. You can be self-expressed in various ways. If you like to dance, create new choreography to a song that you love, that you have not danced to before. If you like to draw, take on a new drawing challenge, maybe find a new style of drawing that you never got around to practicing, the same goes for painting, try using different types of paint in your artwork. If you like to sing, write a new song. If you like to write, write a short story. Those are just a few examples, even if you love sports, try to learn a new move! Do things that you love to do and that show who you really are.
