DID YOU KNOW THAT NOT ONLY DOES BEING KIND HELP ALLEVIATE OUR BAD MOOD WHEN WE ARE STRESSED, IT ALSO HELPS US TO EXPERIENCE MORE POSITIVE EMOTIONS? 

Wouldn’t we all want a cheat code to alleviate our bad moods to good ones? The great news is that we have access to this at all times, all we need to do is shift our perspective. If you are feeling stressed, all you can do is change your mindset. If we take the time to be nice to others, we will get emotional benefits. It can make a significant impact, particularly for those who are vulnerable or struggling. This can help you focus on positive feelings such as joy and gratitude creating a greater sense of satisfaction.

Now is the moment to re-imagine a kinder society that prioritises kindness and a positive environment. We may start by making personal vows to be kind in our words and deeds. Many individuals are unaware of the influence that a new viewpoint may have on their attitude on life. There is some evidence that being conscious of our own acts of kindness, as well as the things for which we are thankful, might boost emotions of pleasure, optimism, and fulfilment. Doing good might help you have a more optimistic view on your own situation. So, today practice loving kindness to spread positivity!
