Kindness Tips 101: Be Kind to Your Body!

Be kind to your body! Your physical health is very important and also contributes to your mental health. We find that we are spending a lot more time at home and are not getting the physical activity that we normally get from playing outside or playing sports. You can do at home workouts, start with small ones and work your way up to longer work outs that push your body a little bit harder. For example, start with 5 push ups and 5 sit ups a day, and work up to 30 of each, each day. You can even go for walks outside, or go for a run. Working out makes you more productive and will also help you focus better when doing your homework.
