Notice kindness! Recognize students for their random acts of kindness and support towards other students. This will encourage more students to engage with acts of kindness without even realizing that they are doing so. If there is a form of recognition at a young age they will begin to understand the importance and value of being kind to others and how it can transform someone’s day.
