COMMITTED

What does COMMITTED mean? The definition of COMMITTED is feeling dedicated and loyal to a cause, activity, or job; wholeheartedly dedicated.

Being COMMITTED is not always easy and as you begin Day 26 of our KINDolutions challenge, being COMMITTED will play a BIG PART in how you participate.

Having a sense of loyalty and dedication is important in achieving everything in your life.  Showing commitment looks different for everyone, yet what is the same is that when we are committed, we never stop working towards what we say is important to us, and we do it wholeheartedly. This is important because when times get tough your commitment to what matters is what will keep you going and surpass any challenges.  How does it feel when someone shows you loyalty or commitment? That loyalty is the miracle we need in times of struggle. When our commitment is huge, our results are bigger and this is how dreams come true.

At www.idareu2bee.com we believe that when we stay committed to what is important to us and others, we are training our brain to have resilience in hard times.

Today we challenge you to do a KINDNESS ASSESSMENT. The assessment is simple and at times you may struggle, yet this is where your MIGHTY COURAGE kicks in.

Do not give up, do not give in for building your kindness superpowers will have you win!

KINDNESS ASSESSMENT DAY 26

STEP 1

  1. Are you willing to practice being committed to a goal that you are struggling with right now?

If YOU ANSWERED YES, GREAT! Scroll down to STEP 2.

If YOU ANSWERED NO, stay right here and ask yourself this question.

Why are you NOT willing to be committed to yourself and acknowledge when you are  AFRAID OF COMMITMENT to yourself and others?

Think about what may be preventing you from practicing being committed. This is not easy to do, yet we encourage you to write your answers on a piece of paper or in your journal.

STEP 2

  1. Write on a piece of paper or in your journal three goals (including people you have made commitments to) that you have not been keeping your commitment to and make a plan to restore your commitment and get back on track.

AND

  1. Write out how being committed can make you a kinder person.

NOW make today the start of practicing your commitment towards your goals and the relationships that are important to you and witness your heart get bigger, bolder and more beautiful.
