DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN TRAIN YOUR BRAIN TO BE KIND DURING DIFFICULT SITUATIONS WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE?

Every day we may experience someone being unkind, selfish, angry, or frustrated including having those moments ourselves. This is all part of how life can be because it is part of how the human brain functions. We all have passion for what we believe is possible and have our own views of how things should be. When things do not go our way or against our values it can trigger us to react. A negative situation does not always need to stay negative. Believe it or not, we all have the power to turn a difficult situation into a positive outcome. We all have the capability to train our brains to be kind when it is not so easy. It is important to believe that kindness can be the superpower that turns everything around!

For starters, it is important to understand that when something happens that is difficult like a negative conversation with another person, we can choose to react and attack back, or pause and not retaliate. This takes a lot of strength, courage, and the willingness to be a greater
person. This is something you can build your brain to do by practicing every day when those situations occur. Another thing to remember is that everyone is dealing with something. It does not give them justification to be mean. The way you can be a stronger, more resilient person
is to practice thinking through what someone else may be going through. Stand up for yourself in a positive way and check-in with that person if they are alright. When you show compassion and concern it can turn a negative situation around.

If you practice this with every opportunity you will boost your mind and confidence and train your brain to look for the positive side of everything and everyone. Choose to be kind even when others aren’t kind to you and you will become a magnet of inspiration for everyone.

At www.IDare2Bee.com we believe that kindness is the perfect antidote to those tough situations. The only way to deal with difficult people is to stay kind and positive. This gives them a chance to calm down and alter their attitude towards you.

Our programs at IDareU2Bee focus on developing skills to boost your kindness, empathy, communication and confidence skills, so together we can build humankind.
