ENCOURAGING
“A word of encouragement during a failure is worth more than an hour of praise after success.”-Unknown
What does ENCOURAGING mean? The definition of ENCOURAGING is giving someone support or confidence to do something.
Being encouraging is not always the obvious thing to do and as you begin Day 16 of our KINDolutions challenge, encouraging others will play a BIG PART in how you participate.
Sometimes it is not always easy to encourage yourself to do things, especially when they occur challenging, yet ever notice that you can easily encourage others? In fact, everyone needs a positive cheerleader in their life. No matter who you are, everyone always values having a positive support that encouragement provides. Being someone’s supporter and cheerleader is easy and is as simple as reminding them of their goal and nudging them towards excellence. All of us can bury ourselves in self-doubt saying things like “I can’t do it,” “I don’t know how,” “They won’t pick me,” and so on yet those are often words to distract ourselves. When you have someone in your life that encourages you chances are you will not give up and instead keep on moving forward until you reach your goal. Remember you don’t need everyone in your corner in order to pursue your dreams, just a few. And more importantly, remember that being the encouragement that others need will build your kindness footprint in the greatest way.
At www.idareu2bee.com we believe that everyone needs positive encouragement to help others through those negative and discouraging thoughts in their head. Encouraging minds build kind hearts and they go hand in hand as the perfect partnership.
Today we challenge you to do a KINDNESS ASSESSMENT. The assessment is simple and at times you may struggle, yet this is where your MIGHTY COURAGE kicks in.
Do not give up, do not give in because building your kindness superpowers will have you win!
Get Ready, Get Set and GROW forward with your GIGANTIC KIND HEART.

If YOU ANSWERED NO, stay right here and ask yourself this question.
Why are you NOT willing to be encouraging towards someone you know you have not been?
Think about what may be preventing you from showing encouragement towards that person in your life. This is not easy to do, yet we encourage you to write your answers on a piece of paper or in your journal.
STEP 2

AND
- Write out how encouragement can make you a kinder person.

Thank you for participating in the Day 16 of the 2023 KINDolution challenge.
