Be kind to yourself! Your mental health is very important as we become more detached physically from family and friends it is very important to engage in acts of kindness towards yourself. Learn to cut yourself some slack by remembering that it is a much harder time to do a lot of things, like school work. Take a breather, have a self-care day. Do some of your favourite things like wrap up in a blanket and watch your favourite movie to get your mind off of the stressors you are currently facing. It is always important to take care of your mental and physical health, even something as simple as going for a walk can make a big difference in your mood for the rest of the day.
