Today is Earth Day, an opportunity to honour the home of humanity and all living things. At IDareU2Bee we take generational sustainability very seriously because we believe that all children and teens have the right to a future of health and prosperity. We understand that the way the world’s population is living today is not sustainable and together with many young leaders we are doing our part to ensure that everyone understands that there is NO PLANET B. Join the many young leaders we have acknowledged this month such as:
@autumn_peltier
@vanessanakate1
@xiuhtezcatl
@littlemissflint
@byebyeplasticbags
@finlay.pringle
@theoceancleanup
@namugerwaleah
We acknowledge these leaders for having the courage to use their voices and kind hearts to be the change they want to see in the world. They dared to dream big and believe in the impossible and they are willing to take all the actions needed to give the future generations a future. We encourage you to do your part, to recycle, reuse and reduce when possible. Think twice before you litter or waste food. To value the clean drinking water you have and to be responsible where you purchase your foods and personal items. To support locals at every opportunity and to get educated on social impact and how you can get involved. If each of us took 10 actions a month that was intentional and contributed towards being kind to our planet and all living things, we collectively could create a miracle.
So go through your house, and inspect where you can encourage and implement recycling actions. Look at your personal clothes and things and see what you can repurpose or donate. Review your diet and make a list of what you can encourage you and your family to buy locally and reach out to your friends and all the people you love and inspire them to do their part. Together we can do this and on behalf of our family at IDareU2Bee and the founders @audrey.hlembizky and @alanna.carr__ we thank you in advance for building your kindness and eco-footprint and sharing your courageous hearts with the world.
