Be helpful! A lot of people are going through very stressful times because of the pandemic and could use some help. Try to help out at home or at school if you are able to lessen the stress on those around you in any way you can. At home you can be the person that says that you will take care of the dishes or that you will help the grownups do the dishes. By helping others it does not only benefit the person that you are aiding, but it also helps you. Giving to others helps you connect better with others and be more compassionate which can also positively impact your health. People can also feed off of your helpful energy, thus you can start a chain reaction where everyone is happier and willing to give their time, ideas and energy.
With Kindness,
