Valued
“When you value people, you give them freedom.”-Martha McSally
What does VALUE mean? The definition of VALUED is the regard that something is held to deserve; the importance, worth, or usefulness of something.
Valuing loved ones is not always easy and as we begin Day 30 of our KINDolutions challenge, the value will play a BIG PART in how we participate.
When is the last time you told your loved ones how much they mean to you? Or showed respect for nature, your home and all the little things that most people take for granted. Being valued for who you are and valuing others for who they are is often overlooked. We can take for granted friendships, parents, teachers, friends and even ourselves. Showing how much you value the great qualities in another not only makes that person feel worthy, important and accepted, it also lets them know you are grateful. Showing gratitude is the best way to show someone how much you value them in your life. When you can be that kind of person who always ensures everyone around you knows how important they are to you and your life, they value you even more.
At www.idareu2bee.com we believe being grateful for the people in our lives and showing them how much they are valued is so important because when someone feels valued it grows their heart and fills them with love and kindness.
Today we challenge you to do a KINDNESS ASSESSMENT. The assessment is simple and at times you may struggle, yet this is where your MIGHTY COURAGE kicks in.
Do not give up, do not give in for building your kindness superpowers will have you win!
Get Ready, Get Set and GROW forward with your GIGANTIC KIND HEART.
KINDNESS ASSESSMENT DAY 30
STEP 1
- Are you willing to practice always letting the people in your life know how valued they are and how much they mean to you?
If YOU ANSWERED YES, GREAT! Scroll down to STEP 2.
If YOU ANSWERED NO, stay right here and ask yourself this question.
Why are you NOT willing to take the time to tell the people in your life how important they are to you ?
Think about what may be preventing you from sharing with others how much you value them. This is not easy to do, yet we encourage you to write your answers on a piece of paper or in your journal.
STEP 2
- Write on a piece of paper or in your journal who you may be taking for granted right now. Write out why.
AND
- Write out how acknowledging who you are taking for granted can make you a kinder person.
NOW make today the start of practicing showing how much you value the people in your life and witness how happy and grateful those you care for becoming.
Thank you for participating in the Day 30 2022 KINDolution challenge.
