Misty has always had an undeniable passion for health and fitness. After completing a degree in Kinesiology, she pursued her studies in Physical Education and Health. Throughout her studies, Misty taught group fitness classes to students and professors alike. She has been following her passion as an educator for the past 6 years, teaching Physical Education and Health. Working in a highly stimulated environment, Misty found that yoga brought balance to her life. She now teaches bootcamp classes in a yoga studio in Montreal.
Nutrition and Fitness Workshop:
The students will learn about the nutritional guide and a healthy balanced diet. The students will learn about what their plates should look like. They will learn what is included in each food group. We will be playing a fun workout game using the knowledge learnt in the short lesson. To be mindful about the food they put into their bodies.
